ORBITAL
Middle of Nowhere
Release Date: 1999
BTR Date: 2002
Artist website: unknown
Record label's website is at www.londonrecords.co.uk, but this site requires Flash 4 and apparently *only* Flash 4. I downloaded Flash 6 and it still won't work for me. You know, my site may be dull as hell, but at least you can read it.

Reason Purchased: Another gamble from the Electronic section of CD Warehouse.

ADAMSKI...
ORBITAL!!I thought there was no one besides Adamski who could play synthesizers as if they were conducting an orchestra. Then I found Orbital, and I am oh so happy. "Way Out" plays like a rearranged James Horner symphony (and it uses so many style elements from "Wrath of Khan" that I can't help but think it had to be intentional). "Spare Parts Express" is completely infectious, and songs like "Style" are the very reason I hunt down new music. The album's not gold, (didn't care for "Know Where to Run") but I LOVE the tracks that I do l like so much that it's oh so worth it. Can't wait to check out the other albums they've put out.
BTR Singles added to playlist: "Way Out," "Spare Parts Express," "Style."
...AND ALWAYS REMEMBER:
There is no such thing as good or bad music, only music you do or don't like.
